I am not sure if the scan facility ever worked ater changing to Windows 10 but i think it did. Als now I just get an error message " Printer is in use or an error has occured. Check status. Scanner driver will be closed. Code 2,140,3</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have had cannon look at it remotely and we have downloaded the drivers several times but nottyhing works.
