I bought a PIXMA G7020 a while ago that was missing the color printhead. Where can I buy a replacement? I saw this message on the board but unfortunately the poster didn't include the information he claims he received.

It seems very difficult to obtain this part.

Hi, I have the same color print problem. Color printing failed just after the printer went out of warranty... terrible situation for a $350 printer. Is there online / email support to find out out to purchase replacement print heads or get help to trouble shoot?
