The IJ Scan Utility is not avaiable as a standalone install for Windows 7:

PIXMA MG3650 - Support - Download drivers, software and manuals - Canon UK

Just grab the Full Installation package

it is working in win7 and i already had it install and used for years on win7, now i reinstall win7 and can not find my printer install disk 😞

well i now use the scan software naps2 , but its rly a shame that canon not let us download the orginal software

what i learned from this is always keep ur old setup discs

You can find the software to download any available drivers and software on the Canon site for your country. If you need assistance, please reach out to Canon in your country.

ok Stephen but i think an official link from canon website not have a virus... can u not just post the official link to the download?

i was searching some hours for the the Full Installation package and can not find it on the website

if its not allowed to send link can u then plz send me a screenshot or make a video how i can find this

We've advised you that we're Canon USA. We don't sell or support the printer you own - that means we don't have the drivers for your printer to post a link.

You'll be able to find them on the Canon site in your country. If you can't find the drivers, there should also be a way to reach out to support.

i opend ur link but i can not find it 😞

its pretty crazy to me that the canon.com forum can not send u a simple link for direkt download the printer software of canon ... i always thought thats the basic ... idk what to do 😞
