In that situation, you can try opening your task manager to check if any instance of the setup is running or you can restart your computer. If you continue to have the issue, you can also try turning of any security software that is running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To see if there are any other options we can give you, please reply to this message with the specific version of Windows that you have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Pixma MG3620</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I removed the wireless printer from my laptop because it kept going offline.&amp;nbsp; When I tried to reinstall the driver I got so far as connecting the printer butit wasn't successful.&amp;nbsp; I then went back to the beginning but after I said "yes" to making changes to the computer I got the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Win Zip Extractor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't create output file&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;c:users\naomi\appData\Local\Temp\Win-mg36001-0-JUCDmsetup4.exe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me what that means and how I can get past it to try to install the driver?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
