      <title>PIXMA MX492 refusing to duplex print</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It used to print double sided just fine, I don't know why it decided to stop printing double sided!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It has the option "print on both sides" option (with the flip on horizontal or vertical option underneath)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have that check marked but the printer just goes to eat a second sheet instead of telling me to turn the first page around and reinsert...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've tried resetting printer to factory, and downloading the drivers on the canon site...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Hector,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1). Windows 11&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2). Edge PDF doc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3). Letter / does not have a paper quality option&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quality setting is 300 dpi&lt;/P&gt;</description>
