      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp; Hoping someone can help.&amp;nbsp; I recently replaced an ink cartridge, successfully printed something out and then yesterday, nothing was working.&amp;nbsp; The power light is on so I know it is connected properly (no loose connections).&amp;nbsp; The ink "tray" will not move from its position all the way to the right and the screen will not show me any options.&amp;nbsp; Any trouble shooting ideas would be greatly appreciated!&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
