Heavy blue cast when printing from iP6700D

I have a heavy blue cast when printing photos. I have cleaned the nozzle heads twice and did a deep cleaning. Checked all of the ink tanks have plenty of ink. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. All of those and still printing with heavy blue cast. Any suggestions?

Please click HERE for the steps to perform a nozzle check. Once the nozzle check prints, please let us know if it looks like the sample provided in the link.

If it does not, please reply with the information that is on the ink cartridges( ink number, where the ink was made, etc).

I had already done a nozzle check and everything there was fine as well.
