      <description>&lt;P&gt;My PIXMA MP495 has started giving me the "No Pages Found" when I try to print.&amp;nbsp; The scan function works, but not the printer.&amp;nbsp; I saw other models of this printer with similar issues.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to reinstall the software/drivers from the Canon site, but still not working.&amp;nbsp; I have not changed anything - that I'm aware of - on my Macbook Pro laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; TIA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MEB&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im on macOS Catalina v 10.15.7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and I'm using the printer with a usb plug - can get it connectely wirelessly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
