cartage carriage stuck

i have the canon mx 922 printer the cartage carriage is stuck all the way in the r hand corner -- i have been pulling- pushing - wigging and doing everything i can think of to get it unstuck -- i know about the little door-- i have read the comments and suggestions -- none of that seen to work -- all week i have been working on this -- any help or suggestions i would be thankful for.

Hi mineworker,

Please make sure that all of the ink tanks are seated in the ink carriage. If one has popped up, the carriage will not move. Try using a letter opener or butter knife to push down on all of the ink tanks while it is stuck to the side.

If the issue persists, your PIXMA MX922 would require service. If it was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below:

If your PIXMA MX922 was purchased greater than year ago, it is out of warranty. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.
