      <title>Driver won't connect to printer, and customer service refuses my call!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I registered the product. My phone number is up to date and I waited 24 hours for their system to update....they state I can't connect to customer service because my phone number is not on file (IT IS). Unbelievable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer has been used ONCE and was successfully installed on another laptop using the CD. Now when I try to download the driver it completes the process but stalls out when trying to detect the printer. It is a PIXMA MG2520.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Crappy service, crappy product. Canon if you are reading this contact me before I blast ya on social media. Thx.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
