Canon Pixma MG3200 wireless setup problems

Have a new Dell laptop, Verizon wireless 4GLTE Jet Pack (Verizon-890L-0E62) and Canon Pixma MG3222 printer. I have run the install disk so many times I have it almost memorized. My Jet Pack sees the printer and sees my laptop but I cannot establish communication between the laptop and printer. Using usb cable has not improved situation at all. Please help!!

I decided to try something besides the Verizon Wireless Jet Pak as my router and found an old Belkin in the cabinet and bingo.......I now have wireless printing from my camper living room to the bedroom. JetPak still works as gateway to outside world so I have all I need. Thanks for your reply. By the way.....OS is windows 8.1
