      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try taking the inks out of the printer, and placing them back in again. Typically, this error occurs if the ink is either not installed, or has run out. If you see the lamp on any of the inks out, please try replacing that ink tank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, please reach out to our technical support team at &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://bit.ly/Phone_Support"&gt;http://bit.ly/Phone_Support&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They'll be happy to take a further look.       <title>MP830 U150 message</title>

      <description>I just replaced the large black cartridge on my MP830 printer. The cartridges were all lit prior to replacing the black genuine Canon cartridge. I am not sure if the other cartridges are genuine Canon cartridges. Now none of the cartridges light up. I get the U150 error message. I tried resetting the printer head but that did not help. What to do?</description>
