    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears that you are attempting to use the wrong app with the printer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The MG6320 can be used with our free Easy-PhotoPrint app or through AirPrint with apps such as Mail or Safari.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure that the iPad is connected to the same router as the MG6320.&amp;nbsp; Once this has been done you should be able to print with the correct apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need additional assistance, please contact us at 1-800-OK-CANON.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am trying to connect a new mg6320 to my iPad. It asks for a qr code or a connection code and security code of which I have neither. I have downloaded the app. What do I do.</description>
