    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot say with certainty that Norton is your issue, but it wouldn't surprise me.&amp;nbsp; Personally, it it not software I would recommend or wish on anyone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open the Application &amp;gt; select Administrative Settings &amp;gt; Select the Configure option listed under Program Exclusions &amp;gt; press the Add button, browse to the application you would like to allow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Norton 360 and Pixma Scanner</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to adjust Norton 360 to not interfere with the scanner on my Pixma TR4520 MFP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is USB connected ONLY - no network of any kind.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Scan Utility reports error code 5,156,69. The scanner is NOT visible in the Windows Paint applet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
