ix4000 lines on my pictures. Have deep cleaned but still lines

Dear Forum

I have a ix4000. When I'm printing pictures I have lines running across them. I have cleaned the printer in maintenance but still have the line problem. If anybody can help it would be most appreciated.

Same here. I have two ix4000 and they both get lines when i print them.

Have fixed it if so what did you do?
