MG 8120 will not print envelopes anymore.

Hello Community.

I have a MG8120B that I've been using for a number of years now. Great little machine that prints beautifully. Trouble is, it recently stopped printing out envelopes. I put the envelope to the rear tray and access the mailing section from Word documents, go to print mailings, then envelopes and click on it, the envelope slides through the printer without stopping to get printed. A message indicates that there's a paper jam, but I've unplugged the device and checked all there is to check and found none. I had Geeksquad reinstall the drivers yet still no envelope printing. It still prints other documents just fine.

Anyone know of a fix?
