      <title>Canon MX870 Stopped Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We had a paper jam, cleared it out, and now the printer won't work at all.&amp;nbsp; It acts like it's printing (makes all the usual printing noises, etc) but nothing comes up on the paper.&amp;nbsp; Ink cartridges are good.&amp;nbsp; I tried printing one of my receipts for a local food co-op as a test and all it did was print the 2 horizontal black lines that were part of the receipt - none of the text printed.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&amp;nbsp; We're on Windows 7.&amp;nbsp; We were getting an error message with the paper jam, but once we cleared that out, the error went away.&amp;nbsp; It acts as though it's printint correctly...makes all the normal noises, the paper comes out, but comes out blank (except for those horizontal lines which it seems to be able to print without a problem for some reason).&amp;nbsp; It's very strange.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It's almost as though the ink isn't reaching the paper now for some reason.</description>
