Go to the appropriate support section for your camera and operating system and download the EOS Solution Disk. It is an exact copy of the CD.

I bought the canon eos sl1. I want to install the eos digital solution disk so that I can have the eos utlity. However, since my laptop doesn't have the compartment for CD's I don't know what to do. I've tried downloading the software from Drivers and Downloads but could not accomplish anything.

I was able to instal Digital Photo Professional 4.3.1. I aslo downloaded Digital Photo Professional 3.15.0 Updater and EOS Utility 2.14.20 Updater but I cannot get neither to open and work properly. When I try to open the instalment/updater, it says it couldn't find software and that I needed the CD.

Is this just an impossible task without the CD slot? Is there any way I can get ESO Utility on my laptop?
