Thank you. I have done. But not the kind of solution I expect from Canon! And in doing so I have lost all my tags and location names that I had done in ZoomBrowser on a previous laptop. V. frustrating. Also ZoomBrowser does not seem to be available from Canon anymore. I had to go to softpedia to find it.

I have got the same problem as many others. ImageBrowserEx croaks on Win 7 after claiming to have loaded 80%. A spurious Silverlight message follows to muddy the water. I have tried re-loading/re-installing both ImageBrowserEx and Silverlight and tried resetting all browser settings to default. So have a lot of other people!!

Where is the downloadable "fixed" version. It is enough to make one buy Nikkon!!
