      <title>I cant fully download Image Browser EX..</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble fully downloading Image Browser EX, i only get to 80%.. Got a message about Microsoft silverlight but when I tried to download Silverlight got a mesage that the latest version was already downloaded. I then uninstalled it (Image Browser EX) and put the disc back in and installed it again, but i get the same problem.. Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Jmax,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try uninstalling both our software as well as Silverlight, then run the installation of our software again from the CD.&amp;nbsp; There should be a point in the process that it detects that Silverlight is not installed and it displays a screen for installing it.&amp;nbsp; Once it is installed again, complete the rest of the installation process and try loading ImageBrowser EX again after restarting your computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is a time sensitive-matter, additional support options are available at &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
