How to avoid DPP transferring CR2 to Desktop

Hi,

please if you can, help me;

my OS -> XP pro SP3
my DPP -> version 3.14.15

When I drag a image (cr2 format) to DPP automatically it's transferred to
desktop area.

How to avoid this annoyance ???

Import your images into the desired folder first, then use DPP to navigate to that folder and work from there is a better way. Otherwise, upon start up DPP, choose a different folder than Desktop (on the left handside, you may need to toggle on/off FOLDER VIEW).
