      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this you with the 13.3in screen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Spin 5 Laptop - &lt;STRONG&gt;SP513-52N-85DC&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If so, this is going to come down to the size of your screen.&amp;nbsp; You have the graphics performance (Intel 620), you have 16:9 aspect ratio, and a supported rez of 1920x1080.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'll bet that DPP is unable to display its screen elements at your max rez on the 13.3 in screen.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Only other thing is if Acer has some kind of special graphics driver that's running to support, tablet or tent mode (example).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please let me know if I'm correct after you speak to Canon.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
