      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having issues connecting to the Canon Connect app on Samsung S10?&amp;nbsp; Since the July update I haven't been able to connect.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to uninstall, reboot phone, reinstall and still won't connect.&amp;nbsp; Getting beyond frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to try this steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Close&amp;nbsp;Canon Camera Connect&amp;nbsp;app if it is still open on your&amp;nbsp;smartphone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press "Mobile Device Connect" button on&amp;nbsp;camera.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Using your&amp;nbsp;smartphone, go to Wi-Fi settings and select the&amp;nbsp;Canon&amp;nbsp;Wi-Fi SSID hotspot.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once connected, launch&amp;nbsp;Camera Connect&amp;nbsp;app on your&amp;nbsp;smartphone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;[link removed per forum guidelines]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
