DPP4 Raw Movie Tool won't work for R5 .crm movie file on Mac?

I want to play the R5 .crm movie (8K raw) which I've downloaded to my Mac.

But the movie tool says:

"Cannot start RAW movie tool. Check the operating environment."

I am running DPP version 4.12.60.0

My Mac is running version 10.14.6

Does anyone know how to fix this?
