hello, need help in how to make ImageBrowser EX work on windows 8.1.

I read one solution, restore default on IE, but EX , I did that but still gets stuck at 60%.

After reinstalling again and again ImageBrowser and Silverlight I found what it seems a solution

While ImageBorwser is starting (still in the splash screen) open the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Supr and select Task Manager) and kill the process FaceExt.

After doing this ImageBrowser started and after that it starts without problems, I donñt have to kill FaceExt every time I launch it.

I have Windows 8.1 x64
