ImageBrowser EX unable to download pictures from memory card

I'd been able to download pictures and videos from ImageBrowser up until now. It didn't open when I connect the camera (ELPH) and when I manually open the software to import the images, it said "No images to download to the memory card". Can anyone help me solve this please?

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which PowerShot ELPH you're using, if you're seeing any error messages, and the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac OS X 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your PowerShot (USB or WiFi).
