So there is not going to be a Canon remote app.

Can I get the Canon D70 API, so I can make an open source app on Windows phone ?

I have an open source license, I have the knowledge to write an app and I have time.

So...

Can anyone of the developers send me the API of the Canon EOS devices ?

Canon is not going to release an app anytime soon for windows.
