1. In the download page, input the serial number of the camera body printed on the label and download "dppm4.8.20-installer.dmg.zip". Save the "dppm4.8.20-installer.dmg.zip" file to a folder of your choice on your computer.

2. Double-click "dppm4.8.20-installer.dmg.zip". The file will be decompressed. After the file is decompressed, "dppm4.8.20-installer.dmg" will be created.

3. Double-click "dppm4.8.20-installer.dmg". A drive named "DPP4.8.20" will automatically be created on the desktop.

4. Double-click the "dppm4.8.20-installer" inside the "DPP4.8.20" drive

After I do all of this the

Digital Photo Professional installation

It is suppose to start downloading but it just starts extracting the file then nothing happens. What is the issue?
