    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on W10 x64. It was working FINE until today. None of my folders with JPG's will display in it. They ARE there, can see them on Windows Explorer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Searched and discovered I could press the REFRESH button. That didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saw a post to delete the IBX_DB database. That didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried adding a new folder with JPG's. That didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually when I start the program after using the Canon Camera app to upload pictures, when I close it, I'd see its monitor working to add pictures to the database. Not happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I deleted the program, re-booted, and re-installed. Problem persists...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MS Update maybe causing a problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still have the older ZoomBrowser installed. That works fine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
