Hello,

I have the 5D Mk III and IV and had to delete the EOS Utility program today to try and get another progam working. I bet on the wrong horse and need to download the Utility program again. Cannot seem to find it in the downloads space on the Canon website where all the instructions point to (including the chatbot). Can anyone point me in the direction of the software? I want to be able to shoot live, tethered, on my macbook pro. Thank you.

Red88,

Here is Canon's USA Support page for the 5D Mark III

https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/eos-5d-mark-iii

Just tell it what Operating system you have, and what version you are using. The EOS Utility is listed.

Thank you; I didn’t look closely enough at the OS version and merely accepted that the (detected) meant Canon’s site had done the work for me. Not so. Thanks for answering such a newbie question.
