&lt;P&gt;Is your OS (computer or phone) up to date?&amp;nbsp; Have you downloaded and installed the latest version of the software?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can’t see photos on Canon Camera Connect app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m unable to see my photos on the app. When I select import images, it says “no images on the camera”. I’ve completely reset my network settings on my camera and deleted my camera from the app and reconnected it and nothing has worked. It’s been over a year since i’ve been able to use the app but it’s still having the same problem. I’ve just been using a sd card reader to see my photos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sorry I didn’t realize I left out so many details. I have the canon elph 360 hs and i’m talking about the cannon connect app version 3.5.30 on the iphone. I have the iphone 17 pro max and am running ios 26. Everything is up to date to my knowledge.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you talking about one or two photos, or are you talking about a whole bunch?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The reason I ask is that you said you were using a card reader to view your pictures. That means you are using a computer with the card reader attached to it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the short term, before you can get Canon's CC to work, You might save the photo to your hard drive and then email yourself a copy of the photo, assuming you have email on both your computer and your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do that all the time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unless you have a special reason for wanting to use CCC to handle your file transfers, I'd use a different method like EOS Utility, or a USB cable transfer, or a card reader like you're using now.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What steps from the manual at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://cam.start.canon/en/C001/manual/html/UG-06_Network_0040.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://cam.start.canon/en/C001/manual/html/UG-06_Network_0040.html&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;are working successfully?&amp;nbsp; Are you successfully connecting via bluetooth first then via the camera wifi or just the bluetooth?&amp;nbsp; In my experience (Android, not IOS) the camera wifi drops connection very frequently - I presume to save the camera battery.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
