&lt;P&gt;I just updated my DPP to the latest version&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;4.20.11 and it downloaded without a problem.&amp;nbsp; FYI after the files have been downloaded, you'll need to close the utility or it will not install on your pc.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you read all of the prompts / instructions that pop up and you shouldn't have any problems.&amp;nbsp; The other thing that you can do is uninstall the app/program and reinstall as it will reinstall with the latest version.&amp;nbsp; Let us know if that works by clicking the Solution icon.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been trying to install DPP 4.20.11 or 4.21.10 but the installer starts and gets stuck without any progress. &lt;P&gt;Is this Windows or Mac?&amp;nbsp; What's the version and build of your OS?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You mentioned having a previous copy.&amp;nbsp; Do you have any third party antivirus installed that may block a software installation?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're running Windows, try using the Microsoft install on uninstall troubleshooter.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed - Microsoft Support &lt;A href="https://share.google/VcKtHQlNCfdDBVBN3" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://share.google/VcKtHQlNCfdDBVBN3&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
