Thank you for your response. I already have that version of Camera Window. After much research and to make a long story short, I’m going to use Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 to help me with transferring my pictures to my computer.

Canon Camera Window DC-8 software

When I use this software to transfer pictures from my cameras to my computers it gives me this error message. “The connected camera is not supported by this software.” Is there a newer version of this software or are there other software programs that I could use to transfer my pictures to my computers? Or, Is this a driver problem?

My camera models are Power Shot SX60 HS and Power Shot SX720HS.

I have three computers. Two of them have Windows 10 and the newest one has Windows 11. This software still works very well with the oldest computer. The SX60, still works with the middle age Windows 10 computer but the SX720 does not. Neither of them works with the Windows 11 computer.

Greetings,

The last version of Camera Window desktop was 8.10.11b, released around October 2017.

You can grab 8.10.4b here. Select windows 10 x64. Not sure if it will install under windows 11, but you can try.

https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/powershot-sx60-hs?srsltid=AfmBOopYu5yTSUrxugJqhQWpXjLwvtmCxst1UGZPgdNVAfeOKrKPCiRC

The download on the sx720hs portal is v7. Much older. The software does not say it will run under windows 11. A card reader would be a good alternative. You don't need the software to download images.
