Thanks a lot normadel! I appreciate this gesture! I also confirmed that the download is available after selecting an older version of windows as FloridaDrafter had suggested later.

I need to do remote live shooting on my T2i but I don't have the EOS Utility installation CD with me anymore. I tried to download the software from the Canon Support website for T2i but it lists only the EOS Utility 2.14 updater (same for T3i/T4i). How do I obtain the EOS Utility 2 software?

Greetings t2iuser,

The EOS Rebel T2i camera was designed to work with EOS Utility 2 but this software application is no longer supported and no longer updated for newer operating systems. The software is no longer available for download. Unfortunately, EOS Utility 3 will not function with this older Canon camera. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I have the full original EU2 installer file. I can supply it to you. Private-message me to work it out.

After installing it you should apply the 2.14a Updater.

Assuming you are using Windows... On the T2i support page you can select an older Windows version and download a digital version of the Solution Disk that came with the T2i. Just scroll down a bit to find it and you may have to select "Load More" to get there. Then apply the Updater. I selected Windows 8.1(x64).
