“ Hey, I'm working with EOS R7 and the EOS Utility for remote shooting, when I'm trying to choose a destination folder that i already saved in advanced it can't save it to this folder, only when i selecting desktop or pictures its working. “

Are you attempting to save to network drive? I think you are limited to local drives.

Hello,

While using Canon EOS Utility with an EOS R7, if you're unable to save photos to a custom, pre-saved destination folder, it's likely a permissions issue. The software often defaults to system-level folders like Desktop or Pictures because they have the necessary read/write permissions. To fix this, ensure the EOS Utility application has full access to the custom folder you wish to use. You may need to manually grant the application "Full Disk Access" in your computer's security or privacy settings. Alternatively, you can try creating a new, empty folder with the correct permissions and selecting that as your destination.
