    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Chesstercj,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would be able to view&amp;nbsp;your clips&amp;nbsp;on your computer through the Canon EOS Movie Utility 1.2.&amp;nbsp; You can download that software from the Canon web site, &lt;A target="_self" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/professional/professional_cameras/eos_digital_slr_cameras/eos_5d_mark_iii#DriversAndSoftware"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;At this time we are unable to&amp;nbsp;provide support or software solutions for third party applications.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps the software says invalid file because it is not updated to the most current version and or does not have the appropriate plugins to support these file types.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having a hard time editing a .MOV file from a video shot with a Mark III 5D.&amp;nbsp; I have Adobe Premier and it said invalid file type, I tried to download software from the Canon website for my camera but I couldn't get anything to work.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions would be much appreciated.&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;My suggestion would be to convert your .Mov file to an Mp4 file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are plenty of free video conversion programs out there.There are also conversion sites online who will do the conversion for you.&lt;/P&gt;
