topic EOS VR Utility fisheye correction not available in Camera Software

Im using the utility for the first time and using vs 1.7.0 . Of all the videos I see, theres an option to correct the parallax and horizontal ratio to remove the "fisheye" effect. The horizontal button is missing. Only the Parallax is available, and when I check that, nothing happens. There are 2 boxes "tilt" and "roll". When I click "tilt" the bottom of the video image fills the screen but not the top portion. The top is still fisheyed. If I click the "roll" box, the video image slowly rolls to one side. On the videos ive seen, both the top and bottom portions of the screen are filled. Is this a glitch in this version or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks ahead of time.

Greetings,

I have to ask. Do you have a subscription for the utility and has it been activated? Certain features are not available until you activate.

Thanks for asking. No, im just trying out the free 2 min feature. My understanding is its fully functional minus the extended processing 2min+. I wish there was a way I could post a screenshot because as mentioned, it does "stretch" the bottom portion to fill the screen but the top is still beveled, or fisheyed. Not sure if im describing it well enough.
