Hello,

I'm running the latest OSX EOS Utility : EU-Installset-M3.19.0.12.dmg.

And OSX Version 15.5 (24F74).

I tried both Wi-Fi and USB.
I tried reinstalling the software multiple time.
I tried restarting my camera and resetting it's settings.

I tried multiple USB cables.

The connection to EOS Utility is always very unreliable.
Works once, connects, then have a really hard time connecting again, unless I reboot everything.
It's been always the case, but now I really need the app to work through USB in my studio and it won't work reliably no matter what.

Hopefully someone comes up with a solution to the root cause of this problem but in the meantime try using the activity monitor in OSX and force a shutdown of any processes tied to the EOS utility app. This should be a little more convenient than a forced restart.

I recall having to do that a LONG time ago with one of the EOS utility versions for Windows where it wouldn't launch a second time because of a process that wasn't ending properly.

Every time I close the WindowsManager, it starts working again.
But this basically forces closes your OSX's session and is far from being convenient.
It's a bit faster than a reboot however.
Was not able to find a EOS/Canon process that would work...

Plus the app randomly crashes so there's no way for me to work with it.
