Trying to use the Image Transfer Utility2 with a Mac Mini running MacOS 15.5 Sequoia. The Canon support website indicates this utility is now compatible with this OS so I downloaded version 2.2.30.0 and installed it. However, when I double-click on the application, nothing happens. No launch animation. It does not show up in the dock area as a running application. No sign of it in Console logs.

Would like to be using this with my SX70HS camera running 1.1.1 firmware.

Hello rossta0825,

To start the Image Transfer Utility 2, you would want to double-click the Image Transfer Utility 2 icon in the ImageTransferUtility folder. This is found in [Applications > Canon Utilities > ImageTransferUtilty]. The camera and computer need to be connected to the same network also.

Okay. Right. Just like every application. So, what do I do when nothing happens after doing that? I've tried rebooting, reinstalling. Can you confirm that Image Transfer Utility 2 does run on MacOS 15.5?
