EOS Utility 3.19.0 Not Detecting EOS 80D on macOS Sequoia 15.3

Hello, I have an EOS 80D and a MacBook M4 running macOS Sequioa 15.3. I installed the latest EOS Utility 3.19.0, but after following all the installation steps, the software still doesn't recognize my camera. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. does Apple Image Capture see the camera?

2. have you authorized all necessary permissions in System Settings?

3. are any other software programs that might connect to the camera, like Dropbox or One Drive running?

1, 2 yes and 3 no. It still doesn't appear in the EOS Utility interface
