    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can no longer connect my 5DMIV to my galaxy s20 smartphone.&amp;nbsp; I've tried clearing thr settings on the camera, and I have reinstalled the Canon connect software on my phone. I'm very discouraged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can no longer use my phone as a remote shutter. When I open the app on my phone, I'm always stuck on a login screen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I appreciate any help!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
