As utility has connection issues sometimes, you need to close any image processing apps etc. But some videos are 0kb.</P><P>So I'm kind of forced to use Utility, which has imho no real benefits besides restoring videos which haven't been saved correctly. But the most annoying part for me is that I need to do multiple clicks to set the download folder.
