Nothing works.&nbsp;</P> <P>On my phone when I get to step 3, I get this error: "Failed to transfer the firmware."</P> <P>On my laptop, I get this: "Firmware cannot be downgraded." (I'm not downgrading).&nbsp;</P> <P>Any help is appreciated!
