&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Camera Connect app. To trouble shoot this issue we would need some more information. What model camera are you using? When you mention "fastest update" are you referring to updating the firmware on the camera? If you are trying to update the firmware on the camera are you seeing any error messages on the camera or app, and if you do see an error message what does it say word for word?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the update. So are you receiving error messages on your phone when you try to use the app, and if you do what does it say word for word? Is the issue that the app isn't opening at all or is it one specific function that isn't working? What operating system is on your Android device?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
