EOS VR utility MP4 import issue

I have the R5C and RF 5.2mm dual fish eye, & while the raw CRM videos are importing fine, EOS VR Utility doesn't import MP4 files anymore, while before it did? I get both "There is one or more clips the application cannot handle" & "There are no clips". The XML files are in the same folder as the MP4 files, and moving them around & renaming them also did not help. EOS VR utility is updated to 1.6.0, and I am on PC.

Hello asadaftab99,

Are the MP4 clips shot in the HEVC format? If so, you would want to install the Canon HEVC Activator for your camera from the Canon website before working with these clips.
