Issue with Canon Camera Connect App gives me a 403 or 404 error

I am trying to connect to the app to transfer photos from camera to Iphone. If I select Sign in I get a 403 Error, request blocked, if I try to Create a canon log in I get the same error. My Iphone is not on a vpn, I have tried both with wifi and 5G connection to the internet and both fail.

You need to make sure your camera is registered and linked to your CanonID.

Not sure how having my camera registered (it is) would even be know by the app before I even log in? I cant even get to a screen to log in with the app on my phone....it gives me an error when I try to get to the page to load my credentials?
