topic DPP processed resolution is 1/2 (4096 instead of 8192) in Camera Software

I shot an event last night using an EOS R5 saving the files as CRAW and JPG large. When I view the CRAW files in DPP zoomed in, the full resolution is 1/2 what it should be; about 4096 wide instead of 8192. JPGs are fine. When I process the CRAW to JPG using DPP, it reports the size as 4096x2732. This is using DPP 4.18. I first tried DPP 4.20, where I got output widths of 4272. Changing to DPP 4.18, I get output widths of 4096. DPP reports the files as size 8192x5464. I can view the full size CRAW in windows, so it is a DPP problem. For some reason DPP thinks these files have half the resolution. DPP does have a selection under tools/preferences/imageprocessing2 where you can set the default size when opening as original, 66% or 25%. I have tried all three settings, it makes no difference.

I tried shooting a few shots today with the same settings CRAW/JPG Large and I am back to getting the full width output (8192).

Please help.

Figured this one out myself.

Turns out that in addition to the setting to control the size under tools/preferences/imageprocessing2, there is also a similar setting for each RAW file. It is located in the tool palette, under the gear tab. There it is called "Size when opening RAW images". For some reason, this was set at 25%. Since this is in the CRAW file, the camera must have set it somehow. I have been using DPP since 2004 with the original 5D and never had this set. I certainly never intentionally set this. Go figure. Anyhow, setting this to original size on each CRAW file solved the issue for me.
