    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. I have a Canon T3i and use it on Windows 10 with USB cable to shoot on EOS Utility 2. I took a lot of pictures, but my Windows crashed. After a restart, windows recognizes that the camera is connected (sound) but EOS Utility not opening the automatic screen. Tried to run manually EOS Utility and not recognizing the camera. Have unistalled all Canon software, deleted everything, reinstalled but still not working. Any idea? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
