topic DPP4 Won't Open At Lower Screen Resolutions in Camera Software

My older Win 10 desktop started "actin' a fool" and won't boot up. Because of it's age, instead of trying to fix it, I fired up a used back-up PC that I picked up a few years ago. Surprisingly it was still running Win 7 Pro.

Downloaded the latest version of DPP4 and got it installed with no issues. However, getting DPP4 to open has been more of a challenge. It won't open and I get a message about how certain tools will not display properly at "smaller resolutions". Resetting my monitor back to it's native 1920x1080 resolution allows DPP4 to open properly. But a lot of the text and tool buttons display smaller than I'd like them to be.

The basic problem is that my left eye is nearly worthless and my right eye isn't as young as it used to be. I usually set my monitor at a lower resolution (1360x768 or 1600x900) to make text and everything else display larger while maintaining the 16:9 aspect ratio. I did this on my failed Win 10 desktop and DPP4 opened OK and the text and tool buttons were easier to see and use.

So am I missing something else in my DPP4 or Windows settings that might allow DPP4 to work like it previously did for me?
