EOS R100 Getting animation firmware pre-installed

Hi, this may be a silly question, but I was wondering if there was a way to get the stop motion firmware added to a camera before it reaches me? I am looking into buying a starter camera for amateur stop motion and photography, and I really like the EOS R100. The only thing is that there isn’t an option to buy one with the firmware pre-installed. I know people can send their R100’s out to have the firmware installed, but I was wondering if there was a way to buy it, have the firmware installed and then shipped to me instead of buying the camera, receiving it, then shipping it out to have the firmware installed.

The EOS R100 camera will not include the stop motion firmware pre-installed, but you may send the unit to our service facility after having received it to have the upgrade performed on it.
